Group Therapy

NEW! A Space For Mother – CERN Welcome Club

For info: A Space For Mothers (English) or Un espace pour le meres (Francais)

The group environment is a boost if you are thinking to start your therapy journey. The groups gives you connection (you are not alone!); it can provide you with challenges which will stimulate your therapeutic process; it can create opportunity to test how changes in your behaviours are received by the group members; it can deepen your self-awareness and growth journey by allowing you to listen to and be part of the other members’ personal journey. In group therapy, you are asked to commit to group which means you will take responsibility for showing up on time and regularly not to disrupt the group process. You will be asked to protect confidentiality in order to secure for each member a safe and contained environment. Some group are open, which means you can join the group as soon as there is availability. Others are closed. Similarly, some groups last for a specific number of sessions and others are open ended. Sessions last for 90 minutes and are weekly or by-weekly.
