I believe therapy is a journey—a process of ongoing engagement rather than a quick “fix.” Along the way, we may explore specific issues you wish to understand or overcome (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.).
I’m particularly passionate about perinatal & parental psychotherapy and working in multilingual, multicultural contexts. These transitions can bring experiences of loss & grief, overwhelm, confusion, changing identities, isolation and more.
I listen non-judgmentally and hold everything you bring—feelings, thoughts, behaviours—with confidentiality and respect. My practice is guided by the EATA Code of Ethics and UKCP principles of dignity, self-determination, health, security & mutuality.
