My Journey

I’m CTA-P & PTSTA-P certified, with experience living, studying and working across Italy, the UK & France.
With a foundation in Philosophy, I first explored human equality through metaphysics, ethics & political philosophy. Fascinated by the givens of existence—death, freedom, responsibility, isolation (Yalom, 1980)—I moved from philosophical enquiry into personal analysis, discovering the awe and complexity of the human psyche.
This shift led me to train in Relational Transactional Analysis at the Metanoia Institute (London), where I worked in mental health and gained insight into the criminal justice system. On relocating to France, I transitioned to private practice, specialising in perinatal & parental psychotherapy and research.
I’m also committed to psychotherapy research—particularly theory‐building in relational TA—and have co-authored work on empathic transactions (see the full paper). I have co-facilitated spaces at various conferences on the topic of perinatal and parental psychotherapy. Here a co-facilitated with Mihaela-Leocadia Hartescu at TA Cumbria conference 2023.
