The Many Faces of Becoming: Re-imagining Parental & Perinatal Psychotherapy – Our Evolution

Exploring the big questions
  • How do I feel about my generative potential?
  • What does it mean to be childless—or to have children?
  • Which messages am I attached to about parenthood?
  • How is my life shaped by the desire to—or reality of—having (or not having) children?
Who I Work with
  • Individuals navigating choices and desires around children
  • People struggling with conception, pregnancy, birth or postnatal challenges
  • Parents facing sleep deprivation, relational struggles or feelings of “not enough”
  • Couples and groups in multilingual/multicultural contexts

Collaboration & Community

I co-facilitate group supervision and peer spaces with Mihaela-Leocadia Hartescu, focusing on perinatal & parental mental health. Together we present at conferences and run workshops to expand psychotherapy theory and practice.
I’m proud to be part of OurEvolution, led by Dr Emma Haynes—an international network of perinatal counsellors and psychotherapists dedicated to deepening our knowledge and personal awareness to sustain this work.
I am volunteer for Postpartum Support International.
